Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipment:

Indonesia Post Express Mail Service, estimated time arrival to US and Canada 10-15 days, Europe, and Scandinavia 15-20 days South East Asia Countries Japan and South Korean 7-10 days.

All jewelry will be custom made to order, usually takes 7 to 10 days before I ship to you and could be more time on production for several items. For one or two items you may contact me if you need it sooner it is usually possible to get this in the mail in a shorter time frame.
